In Japan,you will pay a commission to bank if you exchange much money.
But you will not pay a commission to bank if you pull out the money by fraction (for example 9999JPY).

１）To Stockholder
CEO must explains a company’s plan in next season.The plan is budget.
２）To Employee
CEO explains a company’s policy to employee.The definite policy is budget.
CEO judge employee’s performance by budget and actual.
３）To banker
CEO explains a company’s plan by budget with bank.The budet is useful.

In Japan,you must put a revenue stamp on receipt if this money is over 30,000JPY.

But you don’t need to put the revenue stamp if customer bought it by credit card.

What is accounting job? Is this job to count cash? Is this job to touch a calculactor?

 Both are a part of that job.But essence is following things.
１）Accounting Report
Accounting report is the report that clear manaement result and finance deta by number.We report the report to Director,Tax authorities, banker and stockholder
２）Control of cash flow
We check cash in-flow and cash out-flow.We control cash for avoiding a loss of company’s funds.
３）Interior control
We check injustice and mistake by checking cash flow.And we lead the company to correct direction.
